I've had the cakewalk software going on almost three weeks and between buying a usb interface and then hearing here, on this forum (who by the way has helped me out immensly) that it was not a good choice and then purchasing an M-Audio interface and waiting for delivery of that, I havent made a not of music. Except for some scratch tracks to test the software. Does Cakewalk just assume that everyone who buys their product is aware of all these exceptions to getting their software to work? I thank you guys for all the advice. At this point I'm just waiting for my M-Audio to arrive and expect to spend plenty of time trying to get the software to work with the interface. I'm disgusted at this point and dissapointed.
