the non-existent MICROSOFT SUPPORT has failed me. at this point I have to say that the MICROSOFT PRODUCT has failed me. I am an expert computer user with a lifetime of expereince in hardware and software Up and purchase a new system - my old system was working fine - JUST SO THAT I COULD RUN MICROSOFT OFFICE - and now my email is not working properly on this new machine. this is a NEW PC which I purchased because Microsoft Office would not run properly on my old PC and after months of attempting to fix it with NO HELP OR SUPPORT FROM MICROSOFT I finally had to give if you can help me with this (or a better alternative) then please let me know.

I have no clue how to perform this operation to assure 100% success on the re-install. and then I think the indexes will re-build themselves correctly in a new re-install.

I need a procedure for completely removing all information relating to outlook accounts so that I can then re-install outlook and re-add the accounts as if it were a new install. Nothing I have tried is allowing me to get my indexes working again.
and when it didn't i did another re-build and still no luck. I also tried deleting a single account and re-adding it to see if the index for that account would rebuild. One interesting point is that when I re-installed office my outlook email accounts were still there even though i thought I would have to re-add them again. Tried uninstalling and re-installing office and it did not help.
